Honorary President of the Spanish Microfinance Association and former Vice-President of the European Microfinance Network. Experience as an independent consultant and as senior manager in different NGOs: International Federation of the Red Cross and Red Crescent, Spanish Red Cross, International Network of Doctors of the World and currently Head of Administration of the Delegation of the European Union in Canada.
